John's background showcases his passion for teaching, adventure, and helping others. John, native of Shreveport, Louisiana, ventured to Prescott, Arizona in 1987 to pursue his education. In 1992, he graduated with an undergraduate degree in Education and later obtained his Masters of Arts in Education. For nearly two decades, John immersed himself in the field of education. This experience fueled his love for teaching and cemented his role as an educator. In 2007, John made a career transition into financial services, driven by his passion for teaching and assisting others. He holds a Series 7, Series 66 (held through LPL Financial), and Arizona Life, Accident, and Health license, and is an Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®). Serving hundreds of individuals across the United States, John continues to empower people through financial education and guidance.  In addition to financial services, John shares his knowledge as a teacher at Yavapai College in Finance in Prescott, Arizona. He serves on the board of directors with the Arizona Community Foundation (Yavapai) and the Natural History Institute, was former vice president at the Central Arizona Land Trust and was one of the founding members of the Granite Dells Preservation Foundation (later Save the Dells).  John's multifaceted background, dedication to education, and commitment to helping others make him a well-rounded and compassionate individual in both his personal and professional life.
