Who We Are

John's background showcases his passion for teaching, adventure, and helping others. John, native of Shreveport, Louisiana, ventured to Prescott, Arizona in 1987 to pursue his education. In 1992, he graduated with an undergraduate degree in Education and later obtained his Masters of Arts in Education. For nearly two decades, John immersed himself in the field of education. This experience fueled his love for teaching and cemented his role as an educator. In 2007, John made a career transition into financial services, driven by his passion for teaching and assisting others. He holds a Series 7, Series 66, and Arizona Life, Accident, and Health license, and is an Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®). Serving hundreds of individuals across the United States, John continues to empower people through financial education and guidance.  In addition to financial services, John shares his knowledge as a teacher at Yavapai College in Finance in Prescott, Arizona. He serves on the board of directors with the Arizona Community Foundation (Yavapai) and the Natural History Institute, was former vice president at the Central Arizona Land Trust and was one of the founding members of the Granite Dells Preservation Foundation (later Save the Dells).  John's multifaceted background, dedication to education, and commitment to helping others make him a well-rounded and compassionate individual in both his personal and professional life.

A California native and longtime resident of Arizona, Monelle Hanson brings over two decades of valuable experience from the Title industry. Her extensive background provides a deep understanding of real estate processes and a proven track record of exceptional client service. Known for a strong work ethic and meticulous attention to detail, Monelle is a dedicated professional committed to ensuring smooth and successful transactions. Beyond her expertise in real estate, Monelle also possesses a keen eye for design, fueled by a passion for home remodeling and interior decoration, often incorporating unique antique finds into her projects. Outside of work, she embraces an active lifestyle, exploring the scenic trails of Prescott and beyond through hiking and enjoying swimming, reflecting her commitment to health and wellness.
